Rehoboth Beach Yoga has been taking students on yoga retreats at the beautiful Pura Vida Spa for over 10 years. The return of many students attests to the quality and satisfaction of this amazing retreat. The reasons are: a beautiful location in the mountains overlooking the valley, three delicious healthy meals per day, two blissful yoga classes per day, high quality spa therapists and Watsu! Eco tours to explore the wonders of the rainforests, waterfalls, birds and volcanos.
Everyone always enjoys this retreat; you will as well. Join us this year for an Inner Journey as you venture into the wonders of Costa Rica.
